Where/How can I purchase your products? 
Please send us an email to info@tanforindustries.com with your contact information, any specific product inquiries (non-combustible battens, brick ties etc), as well as any project specifications and drawings that you have and we'll return with a quote or request for more information.

What is the delivery timeline once order is placed?
This depends on your individual project size and the requested materials mix. Please send us an email for more information. Our standard lead time is 6 to 8 weeks - this can vary with volumes and availability. 

 

Does Tanfor offer onsite consultation?

We have partnered with Oculus Architectural Engineering for all technical support on site and during the design phase. Oculus has proprietary technical knowledge for installation and onsite service. Onsite service is available at no additional charge.
 

Is there a warranty/guarantee on the product? 
We stand behind our products. We provide the technical data to meet the legislative requirements.

Product warranties are dependant on specific products purchased, the application of, and use. More details can be made available upon request.

 

How do I know what the best solution is for my project? 
Tanfor's partnership with Oculus Architectural Engineering ensures you are getting the best technical solution and support for your project.

 

Do you assist with installation?

Installation guides can be provided upon request. A representative will be happy to visit your site to review the installation with you and review any additional site queries.
